Its my girlfriend's upcoming birthday and my parents suggested we have a meal together at Crystal Jade Kitchen.

I think Crystal Jade Kitchen is one of the restaurants that make great Char Siew Pau. The skin of the "Pau" is soft and tender. The char siew sauce inside the "Pau" is also well made. It is recommended to eat it immediately when served since it is freshly steamed out of the oven.


French Toast

The french toast is one item that is not on the menu. I spotted another family having this and I ordered one too. I simply love the thick toasted bread soaked in butter and honey!
